Getting rid of grass that grows in my flower bed?

trying to get rid of grass in my flower beds i tryed digging it out and it grow back witha vengence. Ii chokes out some of my flowers but there are still enough there to do something.

use mulch this will keep down a lot of weeds but the ones that do are easy to pull.
Reply:Mix up some roundup and apply it to the grass with a paint brush, just stay clear of your flowers.
Reply:Might sound crazy but a propane gas burnrer it works on most stubborn weeds and grasses. They make them just for this. Works great
