Reply:get a big fence
Reply:We just sort of fence the beds off. I suppose if you are willing to really go whole hog on the training, you could try to use some of the same techniques used to keep them off of furniture (squirt bottle of vinegar and water- squirt him when he is where he isn't supposed to be and there are others...), but you have to be very vigilant. Its hard though... once they find a place they like it is hard to keep 'em out. Good Luck
Reply:I have used this spray called Keep Off by Four Paws. You may have to search on line for it. And also check your local Pet Store for it. It also repels them from indoor and outdoor stuff, I spray it near the trashcan at home, and when my dog digs in the backyard, I put poop in the hole cover it, and spray it down. I witnessed from a window my dog going back to the hole with her paw in the air, sniffing, and backing away slowly and bolting in the opposite direction. Most dogs will not go near their old poop piles, and the spray definitely helps keep them from just going to another place to dig. It also comes in a granular form, and can be put in a lawn fertilizing machine, and applied to the lawn. Unfortunately it need to be reapplied every 24 hours (daily) for the best results.
Reply:To keep my puppy out of our flower beds--and out of the street--we tied a cable/chain to a tree in our front yard near our deck and hook his leash onto it every time we want him outside. That way, he has some room to roam around without getting too far, and we can see him through the living room window.
Reply:It really is very hard to keep dogs out of flower beds, I just don't make the flower beds, and I have a very plain yard
Reply:Put the flower beds on the roof or in the road. Wear flower colored clothes and hide in the beds with a rolled up newspaper. Tie dog to a larger dog that isn't interested in flower beds. Your welcome.
Reply:A big fence! My border collie never went into the garden because I would scold her when she was a puppy everytime she went to go into the garden. My other dogs couldn't care less about my nice flowers. Nothing but a fence would keep them out.
Reply:mouse traps after getting his paw trapped he will learn his lesson they make special ones just for dogs at your local pet store
